Biodiversity studies

Saturn Biotech offers contract research for projects aimed at assessing the biodiversity and/or genetic diversity of populations (agricultural and native species). Technology used is primarily microsatellite markers, AFLPs or sequence characterisation of polymorphic sequences (e.g. ITS regios).

We also undertake sequence characterisation ITS regions, mitochondrial DNA, pathogen finger typing etc.
